Features Jacquard Tapestry woven with cotton/poly-acrylic thread. This technique creates a higher quality image, superior to the print on fabric method.

Includes a channel along the top of the tapestry for a hanging rod to be easily inserted.

A continuous aluminium weight stabilization bar is sewn into the bottom of the tapestry to keep the tapestry straight when hung.*

Additional Info: The Chevaliers is adapted from the original series of six tapestries  designed 1895-1896 by William Morris, Edward Burne-Jones & Henry Dearle for Compton Hall (Yorkshire) and woven in the workshops of Morris & Co that depicts the mythical story of the Knights of the round table and their quest for the Holy Grail.”The Chevaliers” (Knights) is adapted from tapestry #4 in the original series called “The Failure of Sir Gawaine”. The original tapestries hang at the Birmingham City Museum & Art gallery. Lurex thread is woven in The Chevaliers tapestry to depict chainmail worn by the knights.

Care & Cleaning:
Made with the highest quality of materials, the design is jacquard woven (not printed) and is completely dry-cleanable. The tapestry can also be ironed, steam cleaned, spot cleaned and Scotch Guarded if required.
