International Customers

We do not ship freight free. Adorabella delivers your order under terms Ex-Factory.

International cushion orders can be shipped filled or not filled with inserts (the complete cushion). Please inform us of your preference at the time of ordering.

• By placing your order with Adorabella the Purchaser acknowledges that the order is delivered under terms ex-factory and the risk passes to the Purchaser ex-factory. Marine, Carrier or Transit insurance for the goods is the Purchaser’s responsibility.

• As a value-added service Adorabella will, at the Purchaser’s request but not for reward, arrange shipping on the Purchaser’s behalf. We will choose the best, most cost effective and reliable carrier for your country and in most cases this will be Australia Post for smaller orders. If you are not happy with the carrier we choose you can nominate your own carrier to collect your order from our factory located at 6/11 Priestley Street, MITTAGONG NSW 2575 Australia and make your own arrangements to pay your carrier directly.

• Any carrier we engage on the Purchaser’s behalf is an independent operator and is not an employee of Adorabella and we have no control over deliveries once they leave our Mittagong NSW factory. We will as a service, provide delivery tracking details and provide every assistance should your parcel be lost in transit however in our 45 years of trading, goods lost in transit is indeed very rare.

• Delivery of the goods to the Purchaser’s agent, carrier or representative will constitute delivery to the Purchaser.

•  Property in the goods passes to the Purchaser when the price of the goods has been paid in full.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Due to customs compliance regulations we are unable to drop-ship (i.e. deliver to an alternate person) on your behalf.

Duties and Taxes

The Purchaser may be subject to duties and taxes upon importation of your order by the Customs Service in your country. In addition you may also be charged sales tax at the local rate to the value of the goods you are importing.

Sales taxes and customs policies vary from country to country. We have no control over charges that authorities may impose and cannot predict what they may be, or whether they will or will not be imposed.

Therefore these charges (if imposed) upon your importation are your responsibility. This is normal business practice. Also be aware that your Customs Authorities may open your order for inspection upon entry.

However many smaller valued items do not usually attract the attention of most Customs Authorities (except at October 2025, Great Britain & USA) as they are considered too low in value (aka De Minimis) to warrant the time and cost in collecting any duties for goods that have very low or no duty rates.

International Tariff Classifications

If you are concerned with what entry charges may apply in your country we suggest you contact your local customs agent for further information. You will need to quote the International Tariff Classifications (8 digit codes) for our items (see chart below) to your customs agent.

Be sure to ask if there are any applicable Tariff Concession Orders (TCOs) in your country for the Tariff Classifications listed below as an applicable TCO will allow you to enter your goods without (or with reduced) duty being applied.

Relevant Tariff Classification for the items you have ordered will be noted on your invoice. Please note that whilst the first four digits of the applicable Tariff Classification will not change, the last four digits may change slightly depending on the country in which you live.
